1How do I subscribe to, or unsubscribe from a mobile product?
You can subscribe to any of our products either through SMS channels - by sending to , or via a subscription URL on the products page. To unsubscribe from any product, send STOP to to . For more information, send HELP to 2301.
2How much does subscription to a product cost?
Products are charged at various rates ranging from N10 to N250, depending on your mobile carrier, distribution channel and the requested subscription pack. Charges will be clearly communicated to the user at the point of subscription.
3Will I be notified after I am billed for a service?
Yes. You will always received notifications from the product shortcode whenever a billing activity is carried out on your account.
4Can I automatically update my subscription from daily to weekly and vice versa?
No. To change your subscription, you will need to unsubscribe from your current plan before subscribing to a new one.

v. Issue NovaClarius a payment invoice, and receive your revenue within 14 working days.
2How is content monetized?
NovaClarius monetize content via our heavily advertised direct-to-customer sites as seen at www.novaclarius.com/products, only accessible to those who visit via their mobile internet. The subscription fee is deducted from user’s mobile airtime after an easy two-step click-to-buy flow
